Shreenath Industries - C&F Partner Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Shreenath Industries’ Carrying & Forwarding (C&F) Partner Program. By submitting your application and using our C&F portal, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointment & Eligibility

Your appointment as a C&F partner is subject to approval by Shreenath Industries after due diligence. The appointment is non-transferable and location-specific.

2. Area of Operation

C&F agents must operate within the assigned region and are prohibited from cross-territory distribution without written approval.

3. Infrastructure & Setup

You are required to maintain proper storage space, security measures, and staff for efficient distribution. All expenses for infrastructure, labor, or warehousing are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Inventory Handling

You must maintain minimum stock levels as per company guidelines. Real-time reporting of stock and dispatches via our digital platform is mandatory.

5. Payment & Credit Policy

All dispatches are on advance payment or as per mutually agreed credit terms. Delayed payments may lead to penalties or suspension of operations.

6. Documentation & Compliance

Valid GST number, PAN, and local trade licenses must be provided and kept up to date. Tax filings and ledger statements may be audited by the company as needed.

7. Logistics & Delivery

Timely and safe delivery to dealers/retailers is your responsibility. You must use authorized transportation with proper documentation (e-way bills, invoices, etc.)

8. Branding & Promotion

All marketing and branding activities must be approved by Shreenath Industries. Unauthorized schemes, offers, or discounts are strictly prohibited.

9. Reporting & Communication

Weekly sales reports, stock statements, and insights must be submitted through the web dashboard. Immediate communication of disputes, issues, or stock shortages is expected.

10. Termination Policy

Either party can terminate the agreement with 30-day notice. Breach of terms, unethical conduct, or non-performance may lead to immediate termination.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

All agreements are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration at the jurisdiction of Shreenath Industrie’s registered head office.
